Payment Options
Complete payment is due when order is made and available only through PayPal with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit cards as well as debit cards with the same major credit card logos.

Wig & Extension Cap Construction Time Frames
Crochet Wig units, Frontal Extension Wig units, and Extension Caps take 2-3 days to construct. The construction process will begin the next following day after order has been received and payment has been successfully processed. (the construction time frame for the wig units and extension caps are expected to change once demand and order volume increases)

All wig units and extension caps are made in a variety of colors, lengths, and textures based on what is listed on our website.
Shipping
Hair Heaven Studios offers FREE shipping on all orders shipped inside the United States ONLY. All packages will be shipped through UPS and a tracking number will be sent to each customer once their order has been completed and sent out.

All orders will ship within 1-5 business days. Shipment tracking information will be provided and sent via email. All customers will be required to provide a valid email address during the ordering process to receive the shipment tracking information. (At this time Hair Heaven Studios does not ship to countries outside of the United States. We are planning to offer this option in the future)
Returns & Exchanges
Due to sanitation concerns and precautions, Hair Heaven Studios does not accept returns or exchanges. **ALL SALES ARE FINAL**
Lost or Stolen Packages
Hair Heaven Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided by customer for an order. Once order has been received, Hair Heaven Studios will confirm delivery to customer's shipping address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for each customer to investigate.
