**Commission Hair Braiding Stylists**

 

Under this pay structure you will receive 50% from each service you perform on a client and the remaining 50% will go to the salon. You will also receive the following benefits:

Required Qualifications:

​

• Previous experience or a working knowledge in doing crochet braids, various cornrow styles, sew-ins, fishbone braids, box braids, senegalese twists, flat twist updos, two-strand twists, cornrow ponytails, updo cornrow buns, double french boxer braids, and kids braid hairstyles. **Knowledge in doing locs and feed-in braids is a plus!!**

• Have a passion and desire to provide natural hair braiding services & willing to learn new techniques and styles

• Ability to work Tuesday thru Saturday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

• Accept a 50/50 commission split pay structure on all services provided with the exception on any tips received. All tips will go to you 100%. (Example: A $100 service will be split 50/50 with $50 going to hair braiding stylist and $50 going to the salon) **All commission payments for the week Tuesday-Saturday will be paid every following Monday.**

• Work with Mrs. Johnson in doing promotions and advertising for salon during slow periods by going to different locations to acquire new clients.

• Perform other duties as needed during slow periods per Mrs. Johnson

• Provide excellent customer service to all clientele and customers
